Method
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, ginger, green chillies, onions and mix well.
- Add salt to taste, potato, turmeric powder to the mixture.
- Allow the potato to cook.
- Once potatoes are cooked, add peas to the mixture and allow it to cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Check if the potatoes and green peas are cooked properly.
- Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin seed powder, garam masala and coriander leaves.
- Mix everything well.
- Its time to serve the dry Aloo Mutter Sabzi!
